What we collect

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and has no forms.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use emails you send us to reply to you and deal with your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Who we share it with

Vercel hosts this website and may process standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep it secure and running. It acts as our processor. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive your IP address when the page loads. Some processing may take place outside the UK, in which case it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and longer only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@dayoneroutine.com.
